Week 2 was definitely different from week 1, but this has often been the case when I've started programs. A lot of water weight loss the first week, then with the subsequent weeks the slower progress kicks in. Which is what happened this week.
Down from 246.2 to 244.8. That's 10.4l bs over the two weeks. Again, if you read my first week check-in - the most remarkable part of this, was the lack of cravings or hunger that I would typically have. And the very minimal amount of food noise. Thinking about what I can eat next is not consuming my mind like it use to do.
We took our 3rd shots this morning, on the lowest dosage (2.5mg of tirzepatide) and I feel fortunate we have not had any side effects.
In two weeks we titrate up to 5mg and this is where I'm told a lot more appetite suppression kicks in.
Hope to see you all at our grand opening on April 20th: https://www.pnwmedicalgroup.com/post/it-s-grand-opening-time
Thanks and have a great weekend everyone
